1) What you’re buying

All digital products sold on ArtBySham.com (including templates, spreadsheets, PDFs, downloads, and digital packs) are digital files delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

2) Delivery and access

After purchase, you’ll receive a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email (depending on checkout settings).
If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check Spam/Promotions, then contact support (see Section 8).

3) Personal-use license

When you buy a digital product from ArtBySham.com, you’re purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal use.

You can:

• Use the files for your own workflow/business

• Edit them for your own use

• Print the PDFs for yourself

You cannot:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files (free or paid)

• Upload them to marketplaces, groups, Discords, Google Drives, etc.

• Claim the template as your own and rebrand it as a product

• Include it in bundles you sell or “client packages” without written permission

Basically: buy it, use it, don’t repost it.

4) Refunds (digital products)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered if:

• The file is broken/corrupted and we can’t provide a working replacement, or

• You were charged multiple times for the same order, or

• You bought the wrong item and have not downloaded it (case-by-case, at our discretion)

If something’s actually wrong, we’ll fix it. If you changed your mind, that’s life.

5) Compatibility + user responsibility

Digital templates are designed for specific software (example: Microsoft Excel for .XLSX files).
You’re responsible for making sure you have the software needed to open and use the product. Some features may display differently in alternative programs (example: Google Sheets).

6) No financial advice / risk disclaimer (important)
